Is there a UK accessibility statement to file?
Not for private companies. Public sector bodies must publish one under the 2018 regulations. For everyone else the duty comes from the Equality Act 2010 and, most often in practice, from a customer's procurement questionnaire.
What does a tender ask for?
A conformance report against WCAG 2.2 AA, criterion by criterion, with the known exceptions and a date. Without it, the accessibility question stays unanswered and the deal stalls.
Can a UK company use the EU statement?
Only for EU customers. A British company selling to consumers in the Union is in scope of the European Accessibility Act for them; that part is signed by Europe Services SE.
