What we collect
Contact and enquiry data you send: name, email, company, website, phone, message.
Order and onboarding data: company details, contacts, scope, answers you give us.
The web address you submit to the free check, and a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse. We do not store IP addresses in clear.
Payment data is processed by Mollie B.V.; we never see your card number.
Why
To answer enquiries (steps before a contract), to deliver and invoice the service (contract), to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation), and to protect the free check from abuse (legitimate interest).
Who receives it
Group companies that sign your document (Goldman Services INC, REP27 LTD), our hosting provider in the EU, our email provider, and Mollie for payments. Transfers to Canada rely on the European Commission adequacy decision for Canada; transfers to the UK on the UK adequacy decision.
How long
Enquiries: 2 years. Orders, documents and feedback records: 5 years after the end of the service. Accounting records: as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your own authority. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Accessible Canada Act, SC 2019
