If, after reading your scope answers, we find that the site falls outside what we can test in the plan you bought, we tell you before starting and refund the full amount.
After we sign
Once the document is signed and issued, the annual fee is not refundable, because the test and the document have been delivered.
Renewal
You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date. No fees apply for cancelling, and the record stays valid until its end date.
